How to delete your ExNoTrk data — on device and from cloud services
ExNoTrk stores most data locally on your device. Cloud data (split groups, share links, and optional Drive backup) can be deleted at any time using the steps below.
Open ExNoTrk → Settings → scroll to Data → tap Clear all local data. This permanently removes all notes, books, expenses, and reminders from your device.
Open the note or book → tap the share icon → tap Revoke link. The shared content is immediately deleted from Firebase Firestore.
Open the split group → Settings → Delete group (if you are the creator) or Leave group. Group data is removed from Firebase Realtime Database when the creator deletes the group.
Open ExNoTrk → Settings → Backup → Delete cloud backup. Or open Google Drive → tap the three-dot menu → Storage → find ExNoTrk → delete.
Open ExNoTrk → Expenses → tap the email scan icon → Settings → Disconnect Email Sync. This immediately revokes the Gmail session token and clears all cached email scan data from the device. No email content is stored on our servers — only the extracted transaction fields (amount, merchant, date) saved locally are deleted when you clear app data.
You can also revoke Gmail access at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions → find ExNoTrk → click Remove access.
Open ExNoTrk → Expenses → tap the SMS scan icon → Settings → Disconnect SMS Sync. This stops the SMS broadcast listener immediately and deletes any pending SMS-derived transaction queue from memory. SMS messages themselves remain on your device — ExNoTrk only reads and discards message bodies after extracting transaction fields. Extracted transaction data stored locally is removed when you clear app data or uninstall.
Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions → find ExNoTrk → click Remove access. This revokes Gmail and Drive permissions immediately.
If you want us to manually verify and delete any server-side data tied to your account, email us with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the Gmail address used to sign in. We will confirm deletion within 7 days.
