Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account to use ExNoTrk?

No. Notes, expenses, and reminders all work fully offline without any account. Google Sign-In is only needed for Drive backup and split group features.

Where is my data stored?

All your notes and expenses are stored locally on your device in an encrypted database. Nothing is uploaded unless you explicitly enable Drive backup or use the split or share features.

Why does ExNoTrk need Gmail access?

Gmail access is optional. If you grant it, ExNoTrk reads only bank transaction emails to auto-import expenses. No email content is stored or transmitted anywhere. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google account settings.

How do I restore my data on a new phone?

Enable Drive backup on your old phone (Settings → Backup), then on your new phone sign in with the same Google account and restore from Drive backup.

What happens to shared links after 30 days?

Share links expire automatically after 30 days. The recipient will see an expired message. You can always create a new share link or revoke an existing one early from within the app.

Is ExNoTrk free?

Yes, ExNoTrk is free to download and use. There are no ads and no paid tiers.
