Short version: Use ExNoTrk for lawful personal purposes. Your data is yours. We provide the app as-is and are not liable for data loss. You can stop using the app at any time.
By downloading, installing, or using ExNoTrk ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
These terms apply to the ExNoTrk Android application and the website at exnotrk-creator.github.io.
You must be at least 13 years old to use ExNoTrk. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent or guardian.
ExNoTrk is a personal productivity app for Android that lets you:
The app is provided free of charge with no ads or paid tiers.
All notes, expenses, and other content you create in ExNoTrk belong to you. We do not claim any ownership over your content.
Most content is stored only on your device. Content you choose to share (via share links or split groups) is stored temporarily on Firebase servers as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the content you create and share. You must not use ExNoTrk to store or share content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
You agree not to use ExNoTrk to:
We reserve the right to revoke access to cloud features (share links, split groups) for accounts that violate these terms.
Certain optional features in ExNoTrk use Google services including Firebase, Google Drive, and the Gmail API. Use of these features is also subject to Google's Terms of Service. By enabling these features you agree to Google's terms in addition to these terms.
ExNoTrk's use of Gmail API data is limited to providing the expense auto-import feature and is not used for any other purpose. We comply with Google's API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
ExNoTrk is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of data loss. Use the Drive backup feature to protect important data.
As a solo-developed free app, we cannot guarantee continuous availability of cloud features (split sync, share links, Drive backup). We will make reasonable efforts to maintain these features but cannot be held liable for outages or data loss caused by third-party services including Firebase and Google.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ExNoTrk and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app (which is zero, as the app is free).
Your use of ExNoTrk is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Please read it to understand how we handle your data.
We may update these terms or change the features of the app at any time. We will update the date at the top of this page when terms change. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
We may discontinue cloud features with reasonable notice. Local features (notes, expenses, reminders) will always work without any server connection.
You may stop using ExNoTrk at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend access to cloud features if you violate these terms.
On termination, your local data remains on your device until you clear it. Cloud data (share links, split groups) can be deleted as described in our Data Deletion page.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
